Arthur was a long-time radio writer known mainly for Mysterious Traveler and its related programs such as Strange Dr. Weird and The Sealed Book. Some of his scripts were re-used when Suspense returned to New York productions from 1959 to 1962.
Others may remember him for the 1960s juvenile detection book series Alfred Hitchcock and the Three Investigators.
