Plotline: When a stranger arrives in town baring a striking resemblance to a local boy who left town years before, the local’s father has a proposition: he’ll pay this out-of-towner to impersonate his son, giving the boy’s dying mother some solace in her final days. But the longer the ruse goes on and the more the drifter learns about this family, the more desperate he becomes for a way out.
